Jeffrey Hernandez

With over 25 years of dedicated service in the field of education, Mr. Jeffrey J. Hernandez has established himself as a transformative leader, particularly known for revitalizing underperforming schools. His journey began in Miami-Dade County Public Schools in 1988, starting as a school secretary and swiftly advancing through various roles, including teacher, assistant principal, and principal, in both elementary and secondary settings. Mr. Hernandez has a remarkable history of serving schools with diverse student populations, acting as a catalyst for educational change.

Artur Glants

Chief Operating Officer

As NAEP’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Artur Glants brings extensive experience in training, change management, and strategic planning from his roles in consulting and school administration. He has been pivotal in shaping the firm’s service offerings and implementing them nationwide, particularly in educational reform and leadership development. Mr. Glants has led transformative projects in various school districts, fostering efficiency and productivity. With expertise in culturally responsive teaching and project management, he has facilitated comprehensive training programs and guided schools through full-scale transformations.

Jazmin Burgos

Chief of School Operations

Jazmin Burgos, Chief of School Operations at National Academic Educational Partners, Inc., brings over a decade of experience in education. Starting as a teacher in Miami-Dade County, she progressed to roles such as Instructional Coach and Principal, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and student success. With a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Jazmin excels in overseeing school operations, budgeting, and facility management. Her strategic vision and leadership ensure the efficient functioning of educational institutions, fostering environments conducive to academic and personal growth for students while empowering educators to excel.

Andrea Adkins

Chief of Human Resources

Andrea Adkins is a seasoned professional known for her expertise in operational excellence and employee relations, with over a decade of experience contributing strategic insights and fostering positive workplace cultures. Holding a master’s degree in Counselor Education from Georgia Southern University and pursuing SHRM certification, she stays abreast of counseling methodologies, HR best practices, and legal compliance. Andrea’s commitment to ongoing professional development and compassionate approach drive her success in enhancing employee engagement, retention, and recruitment.

Tina Childers

Chief Academic Officer

Tina Childers, Chief Academic Officer at NAEP, brings extensive expertise in math education, emphasizing a deep understanding of mathematical concepts beyond standardized assessments. With roles ranging from teaching to curriculum development and leadership, she’s collaborated on state-level initiatives and facilitated professional development sessions on academic standards. Tina’s diverse background spans rural to collegiate settings, showcasing adaptability and leadership versatility. Currently pursuing an Ed.D in Mathematics, she holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, and a Master of Science.

Marissa Gracia

Chief of District and School Services

Ms. Marissa Gracia began her education career in 2005 as an elementary school teacher, quickly advancing to roles such as grade level lead and department chair in Reading and Language Arts. Her expertise in standards-based instruction and data analysis led to high student proficiency and significant learning gains. As an instructional coach and later Instructional Director at NAEP, she mentored school leaders, implemented change management strategies, and facilitated professional development. Ms. Gracia’s impact extended nationally as a consultant for transformational efforts in various school districts. Now Chief of District and School Services at NAEP, she continues to empower educators and enhance instructional delivery

Mark Viera

Executive Director of School Operations

Mark Viera, with a Bachelor’s in Legal Studies from UCF, transitioned from the legal field to education, starting as Director of Accounts Receivable at NAEP. Progressing to a social studies teacher at Academic Charter School, he excelled in US History and Civics, achieving consistently high EOC scores. As Director of School Operations, he drove growth at Academic Charter and led Victory Charter Schools to remarkable enrollment increases and a 95% staff retention rate as principal. Returning to management, Mark now oversees athletics, enrollment, facilities, and early childhood education, embodying transformative leadership and operational excellence in education.
